“Teaching, education, and mentorship has always been my passion. I’ve helped dozens of residents and early and mid-career clinicians realize their dreams of autonomy, flexibility, and re-ignite their excitement for practicing medicine.”

Dr. Glezer trained at Harvard’s Massachusetts General Hospital and then transitioned to the University of California, San Francisco, where she taught and advised hundreds of trainees across different fields and disciplines.

In 2017, she founded Women’s Wellness Psychiatry, a reproductive and integrative psychiatry practice devoted to providing comprehensive reproductive psychiatry care to women across California, and has grown the clinic to over 10 clinicians. She has shared the experience of founding and growing a practice formally and informally - teaching and lecturing on the topic of private practice and offering 1:1 mentorship opportunities. She continues to volunteer her time as a supervisor to trainees at UCSF.

Over the course of her career, with the central theme of teaching and education, Dr. Glezer has created programs for both clinicians and patients. She established the annual Bay Area Perinatal Mental Health Conference, launched the educational website Mind Body Pregnancy, started the Women’s Wellness Psychiatry Podcast, served on various regional and national boards/committees, and recently founded the online course The Fellowship in Reproductive & Integrative Psychiatry. She has been interviewed for, and her written work has appeared on multiple leading sites, including Huffington Post, Fit Pregnancy, Healthline, Help Guide, and more. She has presented at local and national conferences and published in academic journals. All of these experiences provide her with insights into the business mindset for entrepreneurial success, which she is excited to pass along to you.
