The workbook is available as both a Google Doc here (with boxes for answers if you prefer to review on your computer) and as a Word file download (see below) with the questions only so you an use it as a journaling exercise. Feel free to utilize whichever format is more convenient.

1) Review Steps 2-4 in the Workbook, many of which we touched on in session
2) Write up your USP, focusing on the themes we discussed: convenience, flexibility, availability, coupled with diligent, clear diagnostics/assessment, a psychiatrist who prioritizes connection and will integrate with your support networks.
3) Start reputation building: Create a Google sheet of prospective pediatricians' offices, large therapy centers, etc.
