This is truly 1:1 work. Every conversation, decision, and course correction is with me directly—no team member hand-offs, no substitutes. The focus is on clear thinking, practical decisions, and steady progress with accountability, with me personally involved from start to finish.

Through a combination of tools, in-person meetings, and async communication via email/text, we’ll develop clear, actionable goals, a roadmap to achieve them, and an accountability plan to keep you on track.

  • At the moment I am only working with physicians. Down the road, I am exploring how to develop programs for non-physicians as well, so please do get in touch to describe your situation and I would be happy to stay in touch / notify you as things change.

  • Yes, in addition to the one-time payment option you may elect to split the cost into three equal monthly payments of $2,500 each.

  • We can renew to another 6 month engagement or proceed month-to-month. The month to month cost would depend on time investment and something we would discuss & align on

  • Sure. I reserve a small number of hours each month for 1:1 consultations. These are typically 30 to 60 minutes in length, conducted via Zoom (or phone call if you prefer), and are billed at $650/hr.

  • Great. I strongly encourage my mentees to pursue passion projects that transform into side dependable revenue streams. We can absolutely work on things like launching a new podcast, a conference, a course or a book, etc.

  • One of the key distinguishing features of this progam is that you work with me and only me 100% of the time. I do not employ any other coaches or assistants to pass you off to day to day.

  • Absolutely. We can work on growing your clinic, launching/scaling addional revenue streams, and even exit strategies.

  • You can get in touch with me whenever you have a question, need feedback or guidance, or just want to run something by me. I’m available via text, audio chat, or short videos. It’s as easy as using your phone the way you would text anyone else.

If you are not ready to commit to the Accelerator program, I also reserve a small number of hours each month for one-off consultations.

We can cover a wide array of topics depending on your career goals and where you are in your private practice journey.

Consults are generally 30-60 minutes in length, done via Zoom, and with a rate of $650/hr.
